Report
from the AGM 2007
The Village Hall
The AGM was poorly attended
with only the minimum 25 local residents needed to make the quorum.
The committee welcomed and thanked everyone for coming, and Ted
Blackmore Squires, chaired the meeting. No new members came
forward but the whole of the old committee were re-elected for another
year. Moira Faul was re-elected to be Treasurer and Kate Robbins to
be Secretary. Pam made a plea for help with the lottery otherwise it would
have to finished and 2 people volunteered to help her. Therefore the
lottery can continue. The whole AGM took only 30 minutes and then
many stayed behind afterwards and enjoyed wine and nibbles and had a
friendly chat with their neighbours.
The AGM Report
summarises the BCA Activities in the last year.
For
the super organised out there the next AGM will be on the 20th May 2008.
